Anytime is the best time to visit. In Exuma, we enjoy year round tropical weather, and the home is equipped with heating and air condition units. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year

The villa or home has a kitchen that would make a master chef eyes gleam, equipped with an air – fry oven, fridge & freezer, dishwasher and stovetop. There are several amazing restaurants within 5 – 20 minutes. You can see some of our favorites in the Guest Manual.

 

We have exceptionally fast wifi with download speeds of up to 250 – 300 mbps at times, over our Starlink satellite system. We installed infrastructure that allows everyone to experience the quality internet service by the private beach and to the end of the private dock. The inspiring views paired with lighting speed wifi make this the perfect place to also get some work done if you can not completely get away from the office.

While staying at our home or villa , you will have access to our stainless steel master grill, be able to relax in the soft sand and pristine waters on the private beach, soak in your natural pool at the bottom of our ocean stairwell, and snorkel amongst the rich marine life located by the do ck. There are additional peddle kayaks and a Crystal kayak for rent.
 

Check – in is at 4PM and Check – out is at 10AM.
 

Yes. There is a minimum 4 night stay.
